I am a gynaecologist/Fertility specialist working in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Originally from Egypt, I grew up with Buffalo milk and yoghurt. Moving to Canada 16 years ago, I only had the fun of tasting Buffalo dairy products during my yearly visits to Egypt.

Couple of years ago, I developed sensitivity to milk, but only when I consume dairy in Canada, not in Egypt. My wife - a naturopathic doctor- run a food sensitivity test on me, and the surprise: I am sensitive to all type of milks, EXCEPT Buffalo milk!!...well this explains it all.
